Product quality is of utmost importance and guaranteed against manufacturer defects. All items are inspected before and after engraving to ensure the quality of the final product. Contact me within 3 days of delivery if you believe there is a manufacturer defect on your product.
Engraver’s Edge Laser Creations does not accept returns or exchanges due to custom engraving and the made-to-order nature of the products. All custom orders will be sent a proof to review and approve prior to engraving. Products will be engraved exactly as approved on the proof, including spelling and design placement.
If there is an error in the engraving process after the proof was approved by the purchaser, the product will be replaced or refunded.
Some items are handmade, and due to the nature of these items, there might be variations in color and texture or slight imperfections that add character to the product. This is not considered a defect, but a normal effect from the handmade process.

Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days depending on quantity and designs. Timing to ship custom orders will depend on my volume and how many reviews and changes are made to the proof. The first proof will be sent within 36-48 hours. How fast you respond to the proof and get back with me with any the updates will factor into the time to complete and ship the order. Every effort will be made to ship your order in the most timely manner.
